Returns & Exchanges

SNEAKERSNSTUFF offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, original condition items with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases may be marked as final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Sneakers

  Place the items in their original designer shoebox, then secure them inside a separate shipping box to ensure the original packaging remains undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
